Our Leadership

Mat joined MCA in 2019 as the Business Development and Marketing Director. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Mat is a Little Rock native with an extensive background in the banking industry, having worked in mortgage lending, retail banking, and most recently in the payment solutions industry. Mat brings an exciting perspective on technologies, such as social media and software for both customers and investment advisers, while also bringing a new awareness of business development.

In his free time, Mat enjoys sports, cooking, studying meteorology, and especially spending time with his two children, Alex and Merrit. Mat is also an avid tennis player and is an active member of the Arkansas Tennis Association and the United States Tennis Association. In addition, like his father, Mat is also known around town for making some delicious barbecue sauce.
